Special hearts helping those with special needs. 

Who we are:

At Crossroads, we strive to promote spiritual growth throughout the entire family. We view special needs as a different ability rather than a disability. We also believe Christ’s love to be the most powerful tool for children coping with a behavioral/mental health stronghold.
Through our inclusion buddy system, it’s our goal to minister J.O.Y. (Jesus, others, and you) to all children and their families.
It’s an absolute privilege for us at Crossroads to be able to serve the Lord and our community through this ministry. We look forward to speaking with you regarding the needs of your child.
 

What we offer:

We use an inclusion buddy model to provide assistance and connections with the child while helping them maintain relationships with other students their age. We are currently serving students in PreK-12th grade on Wednesdays from 6:30p-8p and Sunday mornings during the 9:30a service.

Beginning in 1982, Dr. Robinson has served churches in New Mexico and Texas for over 34 years. His life verse is Proverbs 3:5-6. “Trust in the Lord with all of your heart. Lean not unto your own understanding; In all of your ways acknowledge Him and He will direct your path.” Dr. Robinson’s passion is to be part of a team seeking to lead Crossroads to be a congregation committed to making disciples who in turn make disciples.

Taylor serves as Associate Pastor as well as the leader of our LifeGroup and Discipleship ministries. He is the husband of Rebecca and father of Annie, John Knox, and Addie. His life-verse is 1 Chronicles 16:11, “Look to the Lord and his strength; seek his face always.” It is his hope for Crossroads that the church grow and shine Christ’s light contagiously; that everyone who encounters us will know they have encountered Christ in us and be better for it. It is Taylor’s hope that together our church will treasure and put to active use the spiritual gifts, hearts, abilities, personalities, and experiences God has brought together here for His glory; that everything we are together and individually will reflect His glory to each other as well as those outside our fellowship.
