  • Stephen Chastain

Stephen serves as our Worship Pastor, Recreation Director, and Facilities Director. He is blessed to call Pam his wife, and proud to call Colby and Conner his sons. He loves being on staff at Crossroads and working with his team to further God's kingdom in so many ways. His favorite verse can be found in Revelation 22:21, "The grace of the Lord Jesus be with God's people." This is a great summary of Genesis 1:1 through the rest of the scriptures. Stephen's hope is that through the worship ministry of the church our people would be prompted to worship through throughout the week in all of the areas of life. Songs are chosen with the purpose of reminding our congregation weekly of the many attributes of our great God!

  • Taylor Robinson

Taylor serves as our Executive Pastor. He is also the pastor leading our LifeGroup and Discipleship ministries while also leading our Children’s Ministry. He is the husband of Rebecca and father of Annie and John Knox. His life-verse is 1 Chronicles 16:11, “Look to the Lord and his strength; seek his face always.” It is his hope for Crossroads that the church grow and shine Christ’s light contagiously; that everyone who encounters us will know they have encountered Christ in us and be better for it. It is Taylor's hope that together our church will treasure and put to active use the spiritual gifts, hearts, abilities, personalities, and experiences God has brought together here for His glory; that everything we are together and individually will reflect His glory to each other as well as those outside our fellowship.

  • Maggie foreman

Maggie serves as our Children's Director. She is from central Arkansas and went to Ouachita Baptist University: She majored in Music and Christian Studies/Biblical Studies. She has served churches in different capacities: being an associational summer missionary, working on community outreach teams, planning events, leading children's ministries at a couple churches.

Her favorite verses are: 1 Corinthians 12:9-10: But he said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weakness, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me. For the sake of Christ, then, I am content with weakness, insults, hardships, persecutions, and calamities. For when I am weak, then I am strong.

  • Frank Trimble

Frank serves as the Youth Pastor of our church while also leading our missions and media teams. He is blessed to be Kristin's husband. They have two beautiful girls named Ava and Olivia. His favorite verse is found in Psalm 63:3 which says,"Because your steadfast love is better than life, my lips will praise you." Frank's hope is to see those in the youth group, and their families grow in such a way that their lives are characterized by a love for Christ that surpasses all other loves, passions, and hopes. Frank also has a passion to see Christ worshiped in the homes of those who attend Crossroads. He hopes to see parents equipped to experience the joy and privilege of raising their children in the ways of the Lord.
