Weekly Men's Basketball

Every Tuesday at 7:00 pm, all men that are 18 and older, are welcome to join us in our gym! These pickup games are fun, and they serve as a great chance to meet other guys from our church and community. Consider joining us this week!

Strength Training Class

Every Tuesday & Thursday from 5:15 - 6:00 pm, join us for a free class that will ensure a full body workout. If you're well versed in all things fitness, or if you're just getting started, you'll find this class to be both enjoyable and challenging. 

Beginner & Pop Pilates

We are excited to announce that, every Wednesday at 9:00 am, a free beginner Pilates class is being offered in our church gym! This group has a great group of people in attendance and is open to also open to all men and women. All of our fitness classes are lead by caring coaches that will seek to help you tailor fit your experience to your needs. Check it out this week!

Also, a POP PilatesĀ® class will be offered at 10:00 am every Wednesday for those that are interested! POP PilatesĀ® is Pilates like you've never seen before. It's an incredible fusion of ab-chiseling, total body defining moves choreographed to your favorite Top 40 hits.
